1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. You will receive a notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Estimates

Because we source our products directly from international manufacturers to offer you the best pricing, shipping times vary.

  • Estimated Delivery: 10–18 business days.

  • Maximum Delivery Window: 30 business days.

Note: While most packages arrive within our estimated window, factors such as customs inspections, local postal delays, and high-demand seasons may occasionally extend these times.

3. International Shipping & Customs

We ship to customers globally. Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Navira Corporation is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer and must be settled locally.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has left the warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Tracking information may take 3–5 days to update in the system after the initial shipment notification.

5. Wrong Address & Undeliverable Packages

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if it is undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at the buyer’s expense.

6. Missing or Stolen Packages

Navira Corporation is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local postal service to file a claim.
