At Navira Edge, we want you to love every piece you shop with us. If your order isn’t quite the right fit or style, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We believe in a stress-free shopping experience, which is why we'll provide a return shipping label and absolutely no restocking fees. Plus, we don’t believe in "final sale" traps—every item you purchase is eligible for a return as long as it meets our standard condition requirements. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

 

How to Start a Return

To ensure your return is processed quickly and accurately, please do not mail your items back to the address listed on your shipping label. To start a return, simply email us at admin@buynavira.org with your order number. Our team will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and the correct domestic return address. Returns sent without prior authorization or to the wrong facility may not be eligible for a refund. Shop with confidence knowing that we’ve got you covered if your new look isn't a perfect match. Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
